<em>Orthomyxoviridae,<\/em>\u00a0g\u00e9nero<em> Influenzavirus A y B,<\/em>\u00a0que afecta al aparato respiratorio, digestivo y sistema nervioso de una gran cantidad de aves.<\/p><p>La peste aviar cl\u00e1sica, hoy conocida como gripe aviar, es una enfermedad v\u00edrica muy contagiosa que puede afectar a las v\u00edas respiratorias, digestivas y nerviosas de las gallinas y otras aves.<\/p><p>Los s\u00edntomas pueden variar seg\u00fan la cepa del virus y pueden comprender decaimiento, dificultad respiratoria, diarrea, ca\u00edda de puesta y mortalidad elevada en los casos m\u00e1s graves.<\/p><p>La prevenci\u00f3n pasa por reforzar la bioseguridad, evitar el contacto con aves silvestres y actuar con rapidez ante cualquier din\u00e1mico<\/span> con los casos de influenza aviar actualizados en la UE; en \u00e9l se puede consultar y ver el alcance de la difusi\u00f3n de una enfermedad y sirve para concienciar a los avicultores, criadores o aficionados de que es real.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\">Tenemos que poner todos los medios a nuestro alcance para asegurar la salud de nuestras aves de corral.<\/p><p align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Tres maneras de lectura nos da el mapa:<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\">&#8211; Representaciones que ubican los brotes en las regiones o pa\u00edses afectados son de forma diferente dependiendo de los ajustes en las principales categor\u00edas de aves.<\/p><ul><li>S\u00ed, son todas las aves.<\/li><li>Aves de corral.<\/li><li>Aves silvestres.<\/li><\/ul><p align=\"left\">&#8211; Si marcamos, por ejemplo, Aves de corral, nos aparecer\u00e1n unas subcategor\u00edas de aves de corral como:<\/p><ul><li>Pollo.<\/li><li>Pato dom\u00e9stico.<\/li><li>Ganso dom\u00e9stico.<\/li><li>Pavo.<\/li><li>Otro.<\/li><li>Desconocido.<\/li><\/ul><p align=\"left\">En la representaci\u00f3n, nos aparece en la ventana del mapa, que nos informa del subtipo de gripe aviar que hemos marcado anteriormente en ajustes, como (H5N8, H5N1, H5N5\u2026), con colores indicativos.<\/p><p align=\"left\">Haciendo zoom en el mapa, pod\u00e9is ver el pa\u00eds, departamento, regi\u00f3n; cuando cliqu\u00e9is en un punto de color, os aparecer\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n correspondiente indicada.<\/p><p align=\"left\">Se actualiza el mapa por <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">EFSA<\/a> <\/strong>(Autoridad Europea de Seguridad Alimentaria), creada en 2002, ya que este mapa interactivo se genera a partir de la informaci\u00f3n de las autoridades sanitarias internacionales, nacionales y regionales de los diferentes pa\u00edses de la c\u00f3mo las aves de corral infectadas podr\u00edan transmitir la influenza aviar a las personas.<\/p><p>Es raro que las personas contraigan una infecci\u00f3n por el virus de la influenza aviar, pero esto puede suceder. Las personas pueden infectarse cuando suficientes virus de la influenza aviar entran a sus ojos, nariz o boca, o cuando los inhalan.<\/p><p>Esto podr\u00eda pasar cuando el virus est\u00e1 presente en el aire (en gotitas o quiz\u00e1s en el polvo) y las personas lo inhalan, o cuando tocan algo que contiene el virus y luego se tocan la boca, los ojos o la nariz.<\/p><p>La mayor\u00eda de los casos de infecci\u00f3n de influenza aviar en las personas se han producido al tener contacto sin protecci\u00f3n con aves infectadas o superficies contaminadas.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, no se han reportado casos de infecci\u00f3n de influenza aviar en seres humanos al manipular adecuadamente carne de ave ni al consumir carne de ave o productos de aves de corral bien cocidos.<\/p><p>Los casos de enfermedad de influenza aviar en los humanos han variado de leves a graves. Los signos y s\u00edntomas de la infecci\u00f3n de influenza aviar en las personas pueden incluir fiebre (temperatura de 37.8 \u00b0C, 100 \u00b0F o m\u00e1s alta) con sensaci\u00f3n de fiebre, tos, dolor de garganta, moqueo o congesti\u00f3n nasal, dolores musculares o corporales, fatiga, dolores de cabeza, enrojecimiento de los ojos (o conjuntivitis) y dificultad para respirar.<\/p><p>Otros s\u00edntomas posibles son diarrea, n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos. Tal como sucede con la influenza (gripe) estacional, algunas personas tienen un alto riesgo de enfermarse de gravedad si contraen una infecci\u00f3n de influenza aviar. Entre estas personas se encuentran las mujeres embarazadas, las personas que tienen el sistema inmunitario debilitado y las de 65 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/p><p>Por lo general, los casos de infecci\u00f3n por virus de la influenza aviar en los seres humanos se pueden tratar con los mismos medicamentos recetados que se usan para tratar las infecciones por virus de influenza estacional en los seres humanos. Cuando se producen brotes de influenza aviar mortal en las aves de corral, el Ministerio de Agricultura del pa\u00eds trabaja con la industria farmac\u00e9utica, con otros Estados socios, para detener el brote a fin de que no se propague a otras aves. Los Centros para el Control y la Prevenci\u00f3n de Enfermedades trabajan para proteger la salud del p\u00fablico durante estos brotes.<\/p><p>El riesgo para el p\u00fablico debido a los brotes de influenza aviar es bajo; sin embargo, debido a que otros virus de influenza aviar han infectado a personas, es posible que estos virus infecten a seres humanos.<\/p><p>El riesgo depende de la exposici\u00f3n. Se cree que las personas que no tienen contacto con aves de corral infectadas o con superficies contaminadas tienen muy bajo riesgo o ning\u00fan riesgo de infecci\u00f3n. Se cree que las personas que tienen contacto cercano o prolongado, sin protecci\u00f3n, con aves infectadas o ambientes contaminados tienen un mayor (aunque probablemente todav\u00eda bajo) riesgo de infecci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Las infecciones de influenza (gripe) aviar en las personas son raras, pero posibles.
