El resultado es en realidad justo lo contrario de lo que aquellos que no est\u00e1n familiarizados con la historia de las aves de corral piensan que deber\u00eda ser l\u00f3gicamente.<\/p><p>As\u00ed, cuando hace unos cuantos a\u00f1os, por ejemplo en Am\u00e9rica, Plymouth Rocks y Wyandottes, siendo las dos razas populares en la clase de prop\u00f3sito general, y las poblaciones ordinarias de estas razas, eran de los mismos tipos de variables, por lo que hubo bastante insistencia en su cr\u00eda.<\/p><p>La demanda popular de que se establezca un tipo est\u00e1ndar com\u00fan para todas las razas de esta clase, que sean fusionadas en una sola raza, con las divisiones necesarias en variedades de color y subvariedades de peine.<\/p><p>Tal movimiento, por l\u00f3gico que pueda parecer, ser\u00eda directamente contrario a la tendencia de desarrollo de las razas est\u00e1ndar. Su efecto no fue convencer a los criadores de que sus ideas de distinto tipo de raza estaban equivocadas, sino al inculcar sobre ellos que no estaban dando la debida atenci\u00f3n al tipo de raza. As\u00ed comenzaron a dar m\u00e1s cuidados en su cr\u00eda, para hacer distintivo el tipo de raza.<\/p><p>Al hacer esto, los criadores limitan la adaptabilidad de estas razas y realizan lugares o zonas para Rhode Island Red y Orpington.<\/p><p>La tendencia general de la cr\u00eda a tipos fijos y altamente terminados es hacia la creaci\u00f3n de una raza distinta para cada prop\u00f3sito especial y para condiciones clim\u00e1ticas o de suelo peculiares. Las razas as\u00ed producidas pueden al principio no tener un tipo de raza distintivo, pero con el tiempo los criadores llegar\u00e1n a un acuerdo sobre uno, como en el caso de Rhode Island Red.<\/p><p>La multiplicaci\u00f3n de razas conduce a un mayor refinamiento de los tipos de razas y el refinamiento del tipo de raza estimula el inter\u00e9s en nuevas razas, o reaviva el inter\u00e9s en las antiguas que se han descuidado, caso de las razas aut\u00f3ctonas europeas, espa\u00f1olas y en particular la castellana, que ya hay criadores que est\u00e1n recuper\u00e1ndola.<\/p><p>Muchas de las llamadas nuevas razas son solo modificaciones de las antiguas, y es un hecho muy interesante que no importa lo que los promotores de una nueva raza puedan hacer en su descripci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar.<\/p><p>Tender\u00e1 ya sea hacia el tipo de una raza antigua que ha desplazado o tomar\u00e1 el tipo m\u00e1s adecuado para el prop\u00f3sito pr\u00e1ctico de que es la m\u00e1s utilizada.<\/p><p>As\u00ed, los Orpington fueron producidos por primera vez como competidores directos de Plymouth Rocks y Wyandottes, pero en lugar de desplazarlos, tomaron el lugar de los asi\u00e1ticos, particularmente de los Buffins, Cochins Blancos y Negros, que casi desaparecieron.<\/p><p>En efecto, cumplieron con la demanda de un ave del tipo Cochin de pluma m\u00e1s moderada, desarrollo y sin plumas en los pies. El peine se mostrar\u00e1 antes que las barbillas, alrededor de las tres semanas de edad. Wyandotte, Leghorn, Menorca, Derbyshire Redcap.<\/span><\/p><p>En la segunda, la forma Wyandotte, la espina (que es mucho m\u00e1s corta que en la forma primera), sigue la curvatura del occipucio (cogote) y el cuello, pero sin pegarse a este; por consiguiente, describe un ligero arco hacia abajo como en la Wyandotte, Selva Negra del Rin, Italiana de cresta rizada y Menorquina.<\/p><p>En las dos clases, las granulaciones de tama\u00f1os de perlas o guisantes peque\u00f1os deben ser de igual tama\u00f1o, bien diferenciadas y de forma semiesf\u00e9rica uniforme, y, por tanto, deben estar en
